Contract
Once we have accepted your order and payment a contract has been entered into, upon these terms and conditions, and such contract is governed by English law. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us including the privacy policy available at https://www.landmarktrust.org.uk/terms/privacy-policy/.
Cancellation
If you are purchasing products from our online shop you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund. You have 14 days from the day on which you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, and you may do so by writing to us at [email protected].
If you receive the items from your order on different days, this cancellation period shall end 14 days after the day on which you receive the final item of your order. You must then return your order in full without delay, by post, at your own cost and risk. You must pay the costs of return. All goods contained in your order must be returned in their original condition, together with all packaging and labelling, and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.
If we cancel your contract, we will refund you the price you paid for the item(s) including delivery costs paid at the time of purchase within 14 days of our receipt of the items.
Gift Vouchers
The following terms and conditions apply to our gift cards:
- Landmark Trust gift vouchers can be redeemed against bookings for stays in Landmark Trust properties including properties we operate on behalf of others and FAI, stays and transportation to Lundy Island and Friends of Landmark memberships.
- Lundy Island gift vouchers can be redeemed against transportation to and stays on Lundy Island only.
- Gift vouchers are not valid against a purchase in the Lundy shop or the Marisco Tavern.
- Gift vouchers are not valid against the purchase of more gift vouchers.
- If you do not spend the entire amount on the gift voucher the remaining balance will be updated after each purchase and the balance can be viewed on Your Account on our website or by calling Booking Enquiries. The balance can be used against future purchases in line with these terms.
- Any refunds due for payments made by gift voucher will be to that gift voucher or to a new voucher.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Your gift voucher will expire on the date stated on the voucher after which any remaining balance is cancelled on expiry.
VAT
Our prices include VAT where appropriate. If VAT rates change, we reserve the right to amend our prices accordingly.
