SPAB 150th anniversary offer terms and conditions

  1. This offer is open to SPAB members only.
  2. The offer applies to new confirmed bookings made from 1 August 2026 to Monday 27 December 2027.
  3. The discount is applied to stays starting from Monday 4 January 2027 and those ending on or before Monday 3 January 2028. Holidays starting before 4 January 2028 and ending after this date will need to call booking enquiries in order to make the booking and will receive a discount only on the proportion of the stay up to 4 January 2028.
  4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or concession.
  5. As a registered charity committed to protecting its income, under no circumstances can the discount be applied to existing bookings, i.e. those already made. The offer only applies to new bookings.
  6. This offer is not valid for Lundy properties.
  7. This offer is not valid for properties we manage for others or that we operate in conjunction with FAI: Casa de Mar, Collegehill House, Gargunnock House, The Georgian House, Hole Cottage, Mansarda del Frutteto, Mansarda del Vigneto, Oxenford Gatehouse, Piazza di Spagna, Rosslyn Castle.
