Sometimes you might want to experience one of our larger properties with a smaller group. That’s why we’ve introduced reduced occupancy at the Station Agent's House, allowing you to book just the accommodation you need, at a fraction of the usual cost.
We’ll close off some of the unused bedrooms but you’ll still have access to all the same living spaces and of course, exclusive use of the building and its grounds.

In the heart of Manchester, this former Railway Station Agent’s home can accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms. If you’d like to book it for just four people (in two bedrooms), you can do so for half the usual price. The two ground-floor bedrooms will be closed off, leaving you with the rest of the house.
