Bouke de Vries is a ceramics conservator and an artist, interested in how we value beauty, perfection and worth. He deconstructs broken ceramics further, creating a new narrative for them which embrace their new status as fragments, reformed. His site specific work has appeared within country house interiors - War and Pieces at Berrington Hall NT (until Nov 17) and The Golden Box at Croombe Court NT (until end 2017).
