The Landmark Trust’s Director Dr Anna Keay returns to our TV screens in Great British Buildings: Restoration Of The Year, beginning on Thursday 23 March at 8pm on Channel 4. Anna teams up with Kevin McCloud to explore some of the most incredible recent restorations of historic buildings, overseen and judged by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Alongside Kevin and Anna, Surveyor Marianne Suhr and Architectural Historian Dr Jonathan Foyle uncover the stories behind extraordinary projects. From palaces to watermills, department stores to music halls, they unfold nine centuries of our history told through treasured places that have been brought back from the brink – including Landmark’s own restoration Belmont in Lyme Regis.
