Natasha Shafi

Natasha Shafi is the Chief Executive Officer of Mr & Mrs Smith, the globally recognised boutique travel and hotel booking platform. She began her career with the company in a junior role and has spent more than 15 years helping shape its growth, from a publishing business into an international travel brand, progressing through roles including Chief of Staff and Managing Director before becoming CEO. Under her leadership, the company has entered a new phase of expansion following its acquisition by Hyatt Hotels.

Natasha holds a degree in History of Art from UCL and later attended the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School.
