About our commercial premises
Our business residents enjoy peace, privacy and security whilst being only minutes from major arterial routes and public transport interchanges.
The former military buildings have been repurposed as offices and workshops that have been beautifully restored and are generously equipped with modern amenities.
Business residents have access 24 hours a day but we ask that out-of-hours usage is the exception, not the norm. We do not let premises for noisy or disruptive activities due to the presence of holiday guests on site.
