Vacant offices and workshops are a rarity at Crownhill Fort. We operate a waiting list for small businesses who with to join the established community on this historic site. If you wish to be notified of vacant offices and workshops before we advertise them please send a brief list of your requirements to [email protected] . Your details will be stored securely for a maximum of 12 months and used only for this purpose.

Permit parking

We offer permit parking in a gravelled car park outside Crownhill Fort. This facility is popular with commuters who do not have parking on site at their workplace. From here there is easy access on foot to the hospital and many other businesses in the Crownhill, Seaton and Derriford areas.

Permits are allocated by Licence for a duration of 6 months at a cost of £198 or 12 months at a cost of £330. We do not allocate more permits than spaces so there will always be a space waiting for you.
