Business premises available to let

Soldiers Quarters 1 & 2 – available from Spring 2019

Currently undergoing a complete refurbishment, Soldiers Quarters 1&2 is the largest commercial premises at Crownhill Fort and will be available to let from Spring 2019. This office is best suited to a business seeking premises for 10-15 employees.

Refurbishment is in progress and the works include creation of a meeting room, new kitchenette and WCs, LED lighting, new plumbing, fresh carpet and decoration throughout.



The Royal Artillery Store – for occupation in 2019

The Royal Artillery Store is our latest restoration project at the Fort. Once the works are complete this building will be let as a workshop with a floor area of 500 sq ft. Early expressions of interest are welcome.

Permit parking

There are a limited number of permit parking spaces available in the lower car park at Crownhill Fort. These parking spaces are popular with commuters who do not have parking on site at their workplace. From here there is easy access on foot to the hospital and many other businesses in the Crownhill, Seaton and Derriford areas.

6 and 12 month permits are available and are valid between Monday and Friday inclusive. A 12 month permit costs £300 including VAT and can be shared between more than one vehicle
