Housekeeper roles

Which magazine has ranked the Landmark Trust the Best Holiday Cottage Provider in the UK, achieving five-star ratings across seven categories including customer service and quality of accommodation. Housekeepers, who clean and prepare each property for incoming guests, play a crucial role.

You will be responsible for maintaining standards at one of our 200 beautiful buildings, some of which are in towns and cities, some in rural settings. No formal educational qualifications are required, but experience of housekeeping, cleaning or working in a customer-focused role is desirable. Housekeepers need to have a positive attitude and be organised and self-motivated.

Summary of benefits

We pay housekeepers a competitive hourly rate (NLW) with paid holidays. We offer flexible, part-time hours in a busy regional team on changeover days (Monday and Friday).

You will be invited to annual housekeeper gatherings and hear about our restoration projects and key initiatives first hand via lunchtime webinars. You will receive full compliance and safety training and have access to health and wellbeing support via our Employee Assistance program. There will also be opportunities to take part in our property review scheme.
