Welcome to this Landmark Trust survey. We would like to understand what you want from self-catering holidays in general and more specifically what you think of Landmark and the experiences of taking a Landmark Trust break. Do not be concerned if you have not had a lot of experience of Landmark, we are hoping for a range of views from those who know us well to those who do not.
As a charity, our buildings need to be continuously occupied, so that we can invest in preserving historic buildings in the future. We want to understand and meet your expectations in terms of facilities, the overall “Landmark experience” and how we communicate with you and would be very grateful for your time to help us achieve these goals.
