In 2021, our team of marvellous housekeepers carried out changeovers for 11,614 stays, hosting a total of 47,198 guests. That’s a lot of changes of bedding and cleaning regimes, and 94% of customers report that the cleanliness of their property was excellent or very good. We are very proud that 97% of customers would recommend Landmark breaks to their families and friends, and 97% want to book again. On our website 94% of Feefo reviews give us 4 or 5 stars, over three-quarters of which are 5 star. Well done to the housekeepers and regional property managers and thank you.
