Call the Lundy Shore Office at 01271 863636.
In person
Visit the Lundy Shore Office: The Quay, Bideford, North Devon EX39 2EY.
Or from April to October you can come to the Lundy Booking Office: The Pier, Ilfracombe, North Devon, EX34 9EQ.
We strongly advise booking to avoid disappointment especially during peak season. The number of tickets for the ship are limited.
Alternatively contact Tourist Information Centres in North Devon.

Concessions
Discounts are available for Senior Citizens (age 60+) and National Trust members online and for Students, NHS staff, groups, schools and coaches booked through the ticket office by phone or in person.

Dogs and pets
Lundy is a working farm with large numbers of ewes and lambs at certain times of the year. For this reason we cannot allow you to bring dogs or pets (except assistance dogs) when travelling to, or staying on, the island.
Sailing times
From Bideford and Ilfracombe the sailing time is normally under two hours. Please be ready for boarding at least 45 minutes before departure time.
Weather conditions can occasionally alter sailing times, please call the information line on 01271 863636 after 8.00pm the evening before your trip for up to date sailing information.

Parking
Bideford – Riverbank long stay car park is at the North end of the quay, charges are £5 for the day, pay and display.
Further information
Ilfracombe – Larkstone long stay car parks are on the opposite side of the harbour from our booking office and ship, charges are £6 for the day, pay and display.

Sailing information update
Passengers are requested to ring our Information Line on 01271 863636 after 8.00pm the evening before you sail to obtain an update on sailing conditions and times.
In the event that the Captain decides that conditions are not suitable for day trip visitors you may change your booking to another date or obtain a refund.
No refunds can be issued for sailings that actually take place. It may be possible, providing we have been given 48 hours notice, to transfer tickets to another sailing that season.
