Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is only valid for the following properties; Villa dei Vescovi (Mansarda del
Frutteto and Mansarda del Vigneto), Casa Guidi and Piazza di Spagna
2. This offer is only valid for stays during the following periods: 30 November to 21
December 2015, 4 January to 20 March 2016.
3. This offer must be booked by telephone and cannot be purchased online.
4. The cost of the stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.
5. For Piazza di Spagna and Villa dei Vescovi (Mansarda del Frutteto and Mansarda del
Vigneto) the cost of the stay will be 50% of the list price (4 guests
for the cost of 2).
ForCasa Guidi the cost of the stay will be 33% of the list price (6 guests
for the price of2)
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or
concession.
7. In all other respects, our standard Booking Conditions apply.
Villa Saraceno
Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is only valid for the Villa Saraceno.
2. This offer is only valid for stays during the following periods: 30 November to 21
December 2015, 4 January to 20 March 2016.
3. This offer must be booked by telephone and cannot be purchased online.
4. The cost of the stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.
5. The Villa Saraceno can be booked for 5 people or 16 people. If booked for 5 people,
the list price will be pro-rated accordingly.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or
concession.
7. In all other respects, our standard Booking Conditions apply.
