In light of further government advice and to protect our staff, customers and the communities surrounding our buildings from Coronavirus, there will be no new arrivals to Landmarks or Lundy until the end of April. We have contacted customers booked to stay in that period to express our disappointment and have offered them a credit voucher or refund.
For Lundy transport refunds please contact [email protected]. Some customers may choose to make a donation to support our charity, which is funded overwhelmingly through your bookings, by contacting [email protected]
Customers who have booked to stay between 1 and 6 May can defer their break by emailing [email protected] with their Booking Reference. We will then send a credit voucher to use before the end of 2021. We will amend this policy on a rolling weekly basis, depending on official guidance. If you are booked to stay after 6 May, please check the website for periodic updates. We continue to take bookings for June onwards and will open our doors again as soon as we safely can. In the meantime we want to thank our staff for their tremendous work, and thank our guests and other enthusiasts for all their support for our charity.
While we will not be welcoming bookers for the coming weeks, we have made contact with NHS hospital trusts across to the country to offer Landmark’s buildings free of charge to their critical care staff during this crisis. For more details please click here.
