Where we have to cancel your booking
Unfortunately, we had to cancel customer bookings for April, May and up to 21 June due to the government’s closure of UK holiday accommodation to minimise the spread of Coronavirus. We are awaiting detailed guidance from the government that specifies how the lockdown will be lifted for the hospitality and tourism sector.
We want to reassure bookers that they can make bookings for the future with confidence. In the event that government advice means that your property must close or remain closed or we cannot fulfil your booking, we will continue to give bookers the option of a refund or credit note towards a future booking. This is in line with our normal terms and conditions.
Where you cancel your booking
We anticipate that Coronavirus or government restrictions may impact our bookers or their guests individually.
In the event that you decide to cancel e.g. because of sickness, a change of mind or because you or any of your guests are individually affected by government restrictions, then given we can fulfil bookings at your property, we will refund you only if the property is re-let or we are given significant advance notice. A cancellation fee may apply. This is set out in detail in our normal terms and conditions.
