Choosing and applying for your stay

Under the Futures scheme, applicants are invited to nominate their stay according to field of study and appropriate timing. Any single Landmark building is eligible for a single booking period (a 3 night weekend stay or a 4 night midweek stay), provided they are available. Availability can be checked here.

Please note that none of our buildings have WiFi. By getting organised in advance, most Futures stayers find this a study aid rather than a hindrance

Please note that the following buildings not eligible for the Futures scheme: Casa de Mar, Collegehill House, Gargunnock House, The Georgian House, Hole Cottage, Oxenford Gatehouse, the Mansardi at Villa dei Vescovi, Wolveton Gatehouse and buildings at Le Moulin de la Tuilerie site.

Early application is advised: Futures stays have not been blocked out in advance but will be provisionally blocked on receipt of the application. Please check the bedroom arrangements carefully – the number of bedrooms in a building is of course lower than the number of bedspaces.

Applications are now open for stays during the academic year 2017/18. There is a simple application form – to be filled in by a representative of the institution, so that eligibility can be externally validated.
