You will be based either at home or our warehouse and workshop at Honeybourne in the Cotswolds. Lundy roles may be based on the Island.
Most of our regional roles work from home but as part of a team aligned to one of six regions, you will visit Landmarks in your region as needed. Depending on your role you will work with our housekeepers, crafts team and staff from Shottesbrooke in supporting guests having a wonderful holiday or preserving and maintaining our beautiful buildings.

Properties Assistant - Wales & Midlands
We are currently recruiting a full-time Properties Assistant (35 hours) in the Wales & Midlands region. This is a busy and varied position, combining administrative and hands-on duties as well as travel throughout the region making regular property visits as agreed by the Regional Property Manager (RPM.) You will be responsible for ensuring that the testing and servicing requirements are met. Co-ordinating Housekeepers, ensuring Landmark’s quality standards are maintained and occasionally undertaking Housekeeping duties. Senior Projects Surveyor/Architect (South)
We are recruiting for a Senior Projects Surveyor/Architect to join our Historic Estates Department. This role will lead building rescue projects in southern Britain with a multi-disciplinary project team. This role offers an exciting career opportunity for someone who has an excellent track record of restoring historic buildings to the highest conservation standards to time and budget. You will have previous experience of successfully managing the delivery of refurbishment of historic buildings from inception/potentials stage through to completion and handover with budgets ranging from circa £500k-£4million.

2 Facilities Co-ordinator positions based in the following regions:
We're looking for two full-time Facilities Co-ordinators (35 hours) to cover the South and South West region. As a key member of the Regional team, this is a hands-on varied role including travel throughout the region on busy changeover days, providing practical maintenance skills and home, office based administration duties. Working under the general direction of the Regional Property Manager (RPM), and in close cooperation with the Regional Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing an understanding of, and where possible undertake, urgent or necessary ongoing maintenance and repair work carried out within our conservation principles.
This role will have full responsibility for managing and logging our programme of testing, servicing and building compliance liaising with the Statutory Compliance Co-ordinator. You will work closely with contractors organising access and supervision across the region, currently, 25-40 historic buildings. Availability is required to cover weekend emergency calls on a rota basis, typically one weekend in three.
