Consultants Framework Agreement

Architects and surveyors required for our buildings in Wales and the Midlands

The Landmark Trust is one of Britain's leading building conservation charities, rescuing historic buildings at risk and giving them a new life and future. Once restored, Landmarks are let as inspiring places to stay, the generated income directly supporting their ongoing maintenance. Currently, there are forty two existing Landmarks in Wales and the Midlands, and future Landmark restorations are being planned.

We are looking for consultant Architects and Building Surveyors to enter into a Framework Agreement for up to five years to provide architectural and building consultancy services to assist the Regional Surveyor in delivering quality repair and maintenance work to existing and new properties in Wales and the Midlands.
