Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

1. This draw is only open to entrants aged 18 or over.

2. Only one entry per person will be valid.  Multiple entries will be void.

3. Entries will only be valid if they are complete and give all requested details.  The Landmark Trust accepts no liability for entries that are wrongly delivered, not received or delayed. 

4. The draw will take place quarterly. The next four draws will take place on:

Friday 29 June 2012
Friday 28 September 2012
Friday 4 January 2013

 

5. Each quarter’s winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received since the date of the last quarter’s draw.

6.  The winner will be notified by telephone or in writing within 10 working-days of the draw taking place.

7. The prize will be £300 of Landmark Trust holiday vouchers. The vouchers cannot be redeemed against bookings for Lundy Island, France, USA or Managed Properties (The Roslin and Hampton Court Palace properties, Wolveton Gatehouse, Gargunnock House, Hole Cottage, Oxenford Gatehouse and Sant’ Antonio).

8. The vouchers must be redeemed for a holiday commencing prior to two years after the date of the draw.

9. The vouchers are not redeemable against a balance payment for an existing booking.

10. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize.

11. A draw will take place each quarter during the period that the Landmark Trust operates this promotion.  The Landmark Trust reserves the right, at its discretion, to decide when the promotion shall end and shall be entitled to terminate the promotion without notice at any time by removing all reference to the prize draw from its web site and any marketing communications.

12. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these prize draw terms and conditions.
